- Does the app read my HubSpot contacts or CRM data?
- Free calculation actions process only the date and country values passed as workflow inputs. Company holidays are stored for your portal. Premium's CRM card reads the contact, company, deal, or ticket record where it appears, and Velocity Reports tracks only the deals and tickets you opt in via the tracking checkbox, up to 2,000 records, reading and writing its deal and ticket tracking properties.
- Which countries and holidays are supported?
- The app includes public holiday calendars for 250 plus countries, sourced from the holidays open-source library. Weekends are excluded automatically, and you can add custom company holidays on the Pro tier.
- Does it work with HubSpot Starter, Professional, or Enterprise?
- Yes. Workflow actions work on any HubSpot plan that includes Workflows. The app installs through direct OAuth authorization.
- Can HubSpot calculate business days natively in workflows or properties?
- No. HubSpot calculated properties and workflow delays operate on calendar days and cannot natively exclude weekends or public holidays. NetworkDays adds this as a workflow action, with holiday calendars for 250 plus countries.
- How do I calculate business days between two date properties in a workflow?
- Add the Calculate Business Days action to your workflow. Set the Start Date and End Date inputs to the HubSpot date properties you want to compare, then select your country. The action outputs the number of working days as a number you can use in branches, delays, or property updates.
- What happens to my data if I uninstall?
- Uninstalling the app revokes the OAuth token and immediately deletes all stored data, including the OAuth token, portal ID, country setting, company holidays, install and plan state, and any Premium Velocity Reports tracking state and output properties.
