The service
NetworkDays for HubSpot (“the App”) is a HubSpot workflow extension that provides business-day calculation functions. It is operated by Sharoze Iftikhar (“we”, “us”, “the operator”). The App is provided free of charge for the Calculate Business Days workflow action. Additional features are available on a paid Premium tier.
Acceptable use
You may use the App to calculate business days within HubSpot workflows for legitimate business purposes. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the App’s logic; use the App to process data in violation of HubSpot’s terms; resell or sublicense access to the App; or use the App in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on the infrastructure.
Free tier
The Calculate Business Days workflow action is provided free of charge with no usage limits and no time restriction. We reserve the right to introduce rate limits if usage patterns compromise service availability for other users, with reasonable notice given.
Premium tier
Premium features (Add/Subtract Business Days, Check/Find/Validate Dates, CRM card, write-back to properties, company holidays) are available on a paid basis. Premium access is arranged directly with the operator. Pricing and payment terms are agreed on a per-customer basis. The operator reserves the right to revoke Premium access for non-payment, with reasonable notice.
Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The App depends on HubSpot’s API availability. We are not liable for interruptions caused by HubSpot platform issues, infrastructure maintenance, or events outside our control.
Data
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy at networkdays.io/privacy. By using the App you agree to the data practices described there.
Intellectual property
The App, its code, and all associated branding (including the NetworkDays name and mark) are the property of the operator. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to incorrect business-day calculations, missed deadlines, or data loss.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your HubSpot portal. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. On termination, data deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
