The CRM card is a Premium feature that puts business-day calculators directly on contact, company, deal, and ticket records.
What it displays
The card gives users quick business-day calculations on the record they are already viewing, without leaving HubSpot or building a workflow first.
Use it for fast date checks on active contacts, companies, deals, and tickets.
Why teams use it
It is useful when reps, success teams, or support managers need quick business-day math while working a record, for example checking a due date, a follow-up window, or the next valid working day.
Premium limits
Premium includes up to 2,000 tracked records.
Business-day KPIs such as time-in-stage, deal velocity, and first-reply time are coming soon on Premium.
